Description

The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to procure Five (5) each AN/FCC-100(V)9 Time Multiplexers, NSN 5895-01-452-7764 on a firm fixed price basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be at sour ce and the FOB point is destination. The anticipated delivery of all five units shall begin 90 days after award. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, this Acquis ition will be conducted as a Sole Source. The rights to the technical data required to manufacture and test the AN/FCC-100 and all its related equipment are not owned by the government. The technical data for manufacturing and testing are the sole propr ietorship of ULTRA-DNE Technologies, Inc.,Wallingford, CT. The solicitation, W15P7T-07-Q-K214, will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil on or about 11 February 2007.
