Description

REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration currently leases 7,683 BOMA rentable square feet of office space with four (4) on-site parking spaces at 160 North Stone Avenue, Tucson, AZ. This lease is expiring. The General Services Administration (GSA) has interest in leasing approximately 7,683 BOMA rentable square feet of contiguous office space along with four (4) parking spaces, in Tucson, Arizona. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 6,973 BOMA usable square feet. GSA is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous. GSA will consider the cost of moving, alterations and other appropriate considerations when deciding whether it should relocate. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative The Staubach Company.
