Description

The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to award a sole source, five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), contract for up to 2150 Heavy Duty Radiators with National Stock Numbe r (NSN) 2930-01-541-1912. The required radiator is a component of the 15 Kilowatt (kW) Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) that is used with the Patriot Launcher system. This procurement is a sole source acquisition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The NAICS code for is 335312 and t he size standard is having less than 1000 employees to be considered a small business. The solicitation number is W15P7T-07-R-C202. Inspection and acceptance will be at the source and the FOB Point is Destination. The solicitation will be issued on or around 13 February 2007, and the anticipated award date is on or around 23 March 2007. A technical data package is not available for this item.
