Description

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE FEDTEDS WEBSITE (www.fedteds.gov). Solicitation will be issued on or about 30 January 2007. Item: The contractor shall furnish 2850 feet of cable on five spools, 600 feet per spool on four spools and the remaining 450 feet on the fifth spool. Cable will be 4 Conductor #14 AWG (41x#30) Stranded Bare Copper Conductors. The conductors insulated for 600 volts a.c. with Thermosetting Polyethylene as per NEMA WC-7. An outer Polyamide jacket is extruded over the conductors. The color coding: Brown, Orange, Yellow and Green or Red. Cable is to be shipped to Lower Monumental Dam, 5520 Devils Canyon Road, Kahlotus, Wa 99335. ADMIN INFO: Solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business contractors. For the pu rpose of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if it does not exceed 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 331422.
