- Description
- The work consists of dredging approximately 1,000,000 cubic yards of maintenance shallow draft dredging. Placement will be in unconfined open water, confined placement areas, and Beneficial Use Sites. There will be levee work. Approximately 13,000 feet of rock breakwater will be constructed for the Beneficial Use Site B, with a geotextile foundation installation. The estimated completion time is 90 calendar days and a production dredge rate of 450,000 cubic yards of dredge material per month. Soli citation issue date is 5 March 2007. Bid Opening date is 4 April 2007 @ 2:00 PM in Room 175. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $18.5 million and will be advertised, Unrestricted . Plans and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc.
