Description

In support of the U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Joint Regional Maintenance Center (JRMC), Yokosuka, Japan, the Fleet Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for three self contained, portable, skid mounted, sponge media blast and recovery systems. Full specifications will be included in the solicitation. The requirements include test certifications, technical manuals, sponge medias, and initial start-up training. The units are to be delivered to SRF-JRMC Yokosuka, Japan no later than June 30, 2007. This acquisition is subject to the Trade Agreement Act of 1979. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of quotes is not available at this time. The solicitation will be posted on or about 16 February, 2007.
