This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00232-07-Q-0015 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This procurement is set aside for small business. 02. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-19. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325413 and the business size standard is 500. THE NAVAL HOSPITAL Jacksonville Fl intends to purchase on a full and open competitive basis the following line items: 80 BOXES OF AMNISURE TEST KITS (25) TESTS PER BOX. ITEM#FMRT-1-25 PLEASE INCLUDE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES AS SEPARATE LINE ITEM CHARGE. AMNISURE BRAND ONLY PLEASE.
