DT-637 Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly, DT-636 Detector-Dewar Cooler Assembly, DT-617A Detector Dewar Cooler Assembly, DT-635 Detector-Dewar, DT-591A Detector-Dewar. *This is not a solicitation. This is o nly an estimate and will not bind the contractor or the Government in any way or at any time into contract with any of the specified terms below.This is a market survey to locate potential sources of supply for the above stated Optically Improved (OI) and Non Optically improved Common Modules. These Common Modules are components of a First Generation Forward Looking Infrared system that provides thermal imaging capabilities for combat personnel. The Government intends to purchase these components using an I ndefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract during 1QFY08 over a five year period IAW the following Government drawing numbers: 5008644-1, 5008645-1, 5008612-1, SM-D-805176 and A3172180. The contractor shall be able to manufacture both the OI and Non OI Common Module Detector Dewar Cooler Assemblies and be able to produce a quantity of at least 85 assemblies per month within 9 months after contract award, and have the capabilities to surge to at least 100 assemblies per month. The contractor must also be authorized to store classified material up to and including the SECRET level. It is crucial that any interested sources identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, by responding to this survey. Interested sources must send the following information, NLT 15 Feb 2007, to C-E LCMC IEW/S Directorate: ATTN: AM SEL-LC-IEW-N-TI (Lee Straube), Bldg. 1201, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. 1)The contractor must provide information to show that he possesses, or shall possess adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, testing etc) to enable him, or his subcontractors to produce the required components, within the specified deliv ery schedule.2)Past Performance for these or similar items to be considered by the Government. The contractor shall submit part numbers, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have pro duction experience, especially for the OI Common Modules.3)The contractor shall cite the quality standard (either Government of Industry) that shall be in place for this effort.4)Documentation that the contractor can adequately store classified material up to and including the SECRET level.
