This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG40-07-Q-40288.
