Description: The U.S.Army Medical Research and Materiel Command has a requirement for statistical analysis support for its Food and Drug Administration Investigational Drug Application for the antimalarial drug Artesunate. This pre-solicitation notice will run fr om 1-15 Feb. 2007. The solicitation 07R0013 with attachments will be posted in detail for 30 days at www.usamraa.army.mil on or about 16 Feb 2007 with an estimated close date for responses of 14 Mar 2007, at 4:00 p.m. EST. This will be for a Cost Plus Fi xed Fee Contract and will be competed as a small business set-aside with a NAICS code of 541690, Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with a size standard of $6.5M. Responses and questions regarding the solicitation, once posted, will need t o be received in writing via email at micaela.bowers1@us.army.mil.
