Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the GFK NOP LLC, 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, Harrison, NY, for one year subscription of Roper Reports Worldwide. The subscription period will be January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. Roper Reports Worldwide provides in depth insight beyond demographics to the lifestyles, values, attitudes and buying behavior of consumers in more than 30 developed and developing countries around the world. NOP Roper Reports subscription includes the following deliverables; Access to NOP worldwide online database; Monthly Global Pulse, Quarterly tele-briefings; Annual global presentation and ongoing dialogue with NOP World consultancy experts. All responsible sources who can provide that above requirements shall submit written quotations no later than 15 days from the posted date of this announcement. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of subscription and a description of the services/materials the fee includes; services (and related costs) that are available but not limited to subscription fee. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price, FOB point; a point of contact to include name and telephone number; GSA contract number, if applicable; business size and payment terms; Quotes over ten (10) pages total will to be accepted by facsimile. All questions should be submitted in writing and received by facsimile on (202) 283-1534 or via mail. If no responses are received the award will be made to GFK NOP LLC.
