- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 2840-01-529-2391, 0013795117, Blade, Compressor Stage 1, P/N 5128T44P01 is a configuration control item sole source to General Electric Company (CAGE 99207). Unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Total Quantity: 123 each; quantity from Clin 0001- 14 pieces are to be delivered to Tracy, CA and quantity from Clin 0002- 109 pieces are to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA with a delivery of 274 DARO or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is February 09, 2007 with a closing date of February 23, 2007. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
