- Description
- PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT: The purpose of this amendment to FHWA Broad Agency Announcement No. DTFH61-07-R-00117 is to extend the date for submission of pre-proposals from February 28, 2007, to a new submission date of March 30, 2007. SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT DATES: While pre-proposals may be submitted at any time during the one-year open period of this BAA (through January 18, 2008), pre-proposals seeking FY2007 funding must be submitted via electronic mail by an authorized organizational representative, and must be received by the FHWA on or before 4:00 PM (EST), March 30, 2007, in order to be considered for FY07 funding. See original BAA for specific submission instructions. Under this revised schedule, it is anticipated that full proposals would be requested around mid-June, and that evaluation, selection and award would be completed prior to September 30, 2007. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS TO BE POSTED SOON: The FHWA expects to post a list of Frequently Asked Questions in the near future; the FAQs will be posted both on FedBizOps and in the supplemental Proposer Information Packet.
