Description: Provide labor, materials and equipment to perform preventative maintenance and service on the following equipment at the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office, William Street off Highway 12 West, Bldg 167, Ft. Harrison, Montana 59636. PM service for fan terminal units, pumps, air handlers, chiller, boilers, DDC, AC units, VAV/FTU/CAM. Service will include replacement of filters, lubrication, inspection of belts, etc. per manufacturer specification. Contract period will run from date of award for one year with four one-year options to extend the contract. Solicitation will be released on or about February 8, 2007 with a closing date of March 5, 2007.
