- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron, 205 West D. Ave., Ste 541, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Refuse Collection and Recycling Services for Eglin Air Force Base. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price type contract with an anticipated base period of performance 01 Apr 07 through 31 Mar 08 with (4) one-year option periods for a total performance period of 60 months. This is a 100% set-aside for 8A small-business. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 56211, with a small-business standard size of $11.5 million dollars. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. This will be a paperless acquisition. The PR number is F1T2AZ6170A3. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued but the solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) without further notice on or about 15 Feb 2007. No response to this notice is necessary and no source list will be maintained. The estimated proposal due date is 15 Mar 2007. Prospective contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a Government Contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR database will render firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
