Description

The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for a trailer mounted portable latrines with a trash dumpster to be delivered to Las Cruces, New Mexico. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition and FAR Part 15, Contracting by negoti ation are applicable to this acquisition. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large business. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award will be made to th e participation large business. The associated NAICS codes for this acquisition is 488999, standard industrial classification is 3715, and small business size $6 mil. Resulting award will be a Fixed price contract. Award will be determined on a best-value basis. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 02 February 2007.
