- Solicitation 8107-04 is being reissued as solicitation 8107-04B with the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside REMOVED. Solicitation 8107-04 provides for one Multi-engine high wing airplane to provide flight services, which are fully contractor operated and maintained, in support of the Bureau of Land Management, Alaska Fire Service fire suppression program at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. The airplane will be based at Ladd Army Airfield (FBK), 7 days per week. The exclusive use period will be June April 17, 2007 - August 14, 2007; 120 calendar days. The contract period will be one year from date of award with a government unilateral option for four additional years. The contract requires one multi-engine, high wing aircraft with single pilot IFR capability. The target aircraft is an Aero commander 680. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is January 31, 2007. The solicitation will be available at this site. This is a renouncement of Solicitation 8107-04A which was unsuccessfully transmitted electronically. Responses to solicitations 8107-04A or 8107-04B will be accepted for this requirement.
