Description: The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source award to Lithium Technology Corporation, Plymouth Meeting, PA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c )(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). The requirement is for the contractor to provide the cells that meet the requirements of the Seahorse AUV project. The contract will be Firm-Fixed Price. NAICS Code 335912. This sysnopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquriries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
