- The attachment provided through this modification to notice M67854-07-I-3021 describes MINIMUM performance requirements for the Marine Corps PT Uniform. These requirements are provided as guidance only. Interested parties are encouraged to submit commercially available materials/technologies exceeding the minimums provided. The following characteristics are desired performance attributes for the jacket and pant ensemble: water resistance, quick drying moisture management capability, reflectivity, durability and antimicrobial capabilities.
