- Description
- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to issue a purchase order to AON Consulting, Inc., 500 Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202-4035 for the preparation and update of liability determination, accounting disclosure of obligations for post retirement benefits for OTS life insurance for a one-year period beginning May 15, 2007 through May 14, 2008 with 2 one-year option periods. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotations received with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirement received by 2/9/2007 at 2:00PM EST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. Such information, if submitted, should be forwarded to OTS by email at isabel.romancogswell@ots.treas.gov. If this procurement is competed, no additional synopsis will be published and a request for quotation will only be forwarded to the intended vendor and firms that respond to this synopsis of intent.
