- The Office Supplies & Administrative Services Acquisition Center, New York, NY intends to hold a pre-solicitation conference in late February, 2007 in the Arlington, VA area. Details with respect to time and location will follow shortly in a subsequent notice. This conference will discuss matters relating to contracting for commercial Human Resources shared service centers on multiple award schedule 738.X. Representatives will be present both from GSA as the contracting activity and from the Office of Personnel Management as the managing partner for the Human Resources Line of Business. Attached is the draft statement of objectives for the Private Sector Shared Service Center initiative, as well as an associated technical document. Written questions are solicited prior to the conference and will be replied to at the conference and subsequently posted.
