Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) anticipates awarding a contract on a sole source basis to The McGraw-Hill Companies. The Platts-Coaldat/Coal Market Research Services is for continuing technical analysis and support of compact discs and web access subscriptions. This product is very valuable for tracking utility coal purchases on a mine specific basis, which includes the sales volume, shipped coal quality, estimated transportation costs, and coal prices. this will be for one (1) year and two (2) option years. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY: NO COMPETITIVE RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE. This award will be made on or about the 10th calendar day from the date this announcement appears. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541990. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid within five days of the date of the publication of this announcement, which will be considered by the Government. A determination not to continue with the acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition.
