- Clarification Statement: This solicitation is being issued on an Unrestricted basis under Other than Full and Open Competition. NSN: 6130-01-539-5316, PR Number: 0013797360, total quantity: 62 EA. Quantity variance is a plus or minus 0%. There is one approved source of supply listed under this item: Power Products Inc., CAGE: 3C8X4, Part Number: C25C; Noun: CONDITIONER, CHARGER. The Solicitation will be issued on an "UNRESTRICTED" basis; however, direct purchase from the manufacturer is recommended as the data needed to acquire this part is not economically available. The solicitation will contain provisions for a 100 percent quantity-option. The Government's desired delivery is 137 days ARO, FOB: Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at destination. This item is categorized as a Non-Critical Application Item. The contemplated contract type is a firm-fixed price (FFP). DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Sampling for inspection & testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003.
