- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is requesting quotes for real estate appraisal services throughout Illinois. Appraisals are required for the purchase of conservation easements under the Wetland Reserve program (WRP). Approximately 15 separate appraisals in 11 different counties are required. Multiple awards are contemplated. Appraisals shall comply with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP); Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA or Yellow Book) and Supplemental Standards issued by NRCS. Appraisers shall be State Certified General Real Property Appraiser or obtain a temporary practice permit in the state where the subject project is located and be in good standing with the licensing authority where the credential was issued. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation package (RFQ) will be issued within ten (10) days from the date of this notice.
