- The Agency of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), through the Program Support Center, Division of Acquisitions Managements, is seeking sources from all small businesses, (8A?s, small disadvantage, women owned, small disadvantage veterans owned, and hub-zone.) All interested small businesses should apply. The anticipated date of award is February 6, 2007. The purpose of this contract is for Staff Support for Developing and Planning SAMHSA/CSAP Workshop Track and General Session The contractor shall be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks: 1. Staff support for coordination with SAMHSA/CSAP to plan and develop a customized workshop track and general session on underage drinking including coordination of trainers? and presenters? schedules and availability. 2. Staff support for developing and disseminating print and electronic web-based marketing materials. 3. Staff support for coordinating logistical support services including arranging for and scheduling meeting rooms and audio-visual equipment for the workshop track and general session. Due to Project Officer two weeks prior to the Conference Staff Support for Hosting SAMHS/CSAP Workshop Track and General Session 1. Staff support for on-site coordination of a separate workshop track and general session by ensuring all meeting facilities are properly set up with appropriate seating and audiovisual equipment. 2. Staff support for the creation of and appropriate placement of all signage for the SAMHSA/CSAP workshop track and general session 3. Staff support for coordinating all speakers and presenters for the SAMHSA/CSAP workshop track and general session including all logistical support to provide travel/lodging/meals for identified speakers and presenters to and from the Conference. 4. Distribution and collection of evaluation forms for SAMHSA/CSAP workshops and general session. Due to Project Officer one month after the Conference Development and Distribution of a Technical Assistance Bulletin 1. Technical support for development of a technical assistance bulletin on youth leadership and the Strategic Prevention Framework including coordination with SAMHSA/CSAP staff on content and focus of the bulletin. 2. Technical support in conducting research and development of all content for the technical assistance bulletin. 3. Coordination with SAMHSA/CSAP Materials Development and Marketing Support contractor for product layout and design specifications. 4. Distribution of the bulletin to all participants during the PRIDE Conference, as well as, other PRIDE training events throughout the year. Due to Project Officer two weeks prior to the Conference Final Report Preparation 1. Compilation and listing of all SAMHSA/CSAP grantees who attended the PRIDE Conference 2. Compilation of all evaluation forms of SAMHSA/CSAP workshops and general session. 3. An independent evaluation of the overall PRIDE 2007 30th Anniversary conference Due to Project Officer sixty days after the Conference All inquiries should be submitted to Nora V.
