Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-07-T-0270 and it is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). ONLY CONTRACTORS WITH GSA ACCOUNTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clause in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-07. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)is 541330 and Small Business size standard is 750 employees. The Government intends to awa rd a firm-fixed price Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/soliciation to be delivered to Letterkenney Army Depot, Bldg 350, Door 11, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. CLIN 0001 - CAMO, WOODLAND MULTI-SPECTRAL, WOODLAND MFG. PART NUMBER HMC-B-W-N-2A - 72 EACH. CLIN 0002 - SHIPPING CHARGES. The technical evaluation will be a determingation as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government will award a contract to the offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. DFARS 252.212-7001, Contrac t Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
