Description

The US Army, Carlisle Barracks, PA has the following requirements: Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment to perform inspection, maintenance, repairs and emergency repairs on passenger and freight elevators at Bldgs 22, 23, 120, 121, 122, 650 and 950 at Carlisle Barracks. Performance period is 1 OCT 2007 thru 3 0 SEP 2008 with (4) one year option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238290. The size standard is $13 Million average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years. The corresponding wage rate determination will be strictly enforced. Prosp ective vendors must be actively registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System. Further information may be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. Please submit requests for the solicitation package by email (preferred), fax, or mail. So licitations will be delivered by email if available, and should be available no later than 1 March 2007.
