Reconstruction (Security & Justice), PCO Annex Baghdad Description The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC-I/A) intends to issue a Request For Proposals for the procurement of the Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Process Support to the Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I) on 4 February 2007. The PPBE process links the operational strategy, with programming, budgeting and execution aspects of resource management. The main objective of the PPBE process in a contingency environment is to provide essential focus on departmental policy and priorities for the warfighter?s operational requirements during all phases of the PPBE process. To efficiently and effectively fulfill these requirements the Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq (MNSTC-I) Support Division intends to a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be for PPBE support for MNSTC-I. The period of performance will be for six months. The contractor will provide trained personnel, management, and staff to simultaneously execute the required PPBE services. The anticipated award date for any resultant contract is on or about 10 February 2007. Award will be made pursuant to a written solicitation which will be made available through http://www.baghdadbusinesscenter.org and on the Rebuilding Iraq web site at https://www.rebuilding-iraq.net . The resultant contracts will be comprised of a six month period of performance. JCC-I/A will consider all proposals submitted by responsible sources.
