Description

The U.S. Army Sustainment Command will be issuing a solicitation for the 30MM PGU-15A/B TP Cartridge, NSN: 1305-01-462-8733, P/N: 200610300-70. The approximate quantity for this FY07 procurement is 2,834,175 cartridges to include an option for FY08- FY11 for approximately 21,339,880 cartridges. This requirement is restricted to the National Technology Industrial Base (NTIB), U.S. and Canadian producers under 10 USC 2304(c)(3). NAICS Code is 332993. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The T echnical Data Package (TDP) is classified as Distribution D (authorized to Department of Defense (DOD) and DOD contractors only). Offerors must be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (www.dlis.dla.mil) to obtain a copy of the speci fication and top level drawings. To request a TDP, please provide a cage code and JCP Certification number in an email to the contract specialist at julie.a.schmoll@conus.army.mil. The approximate issue date of the solicitation is February 23, 2007. Clo sing date of the solicitation is approximately March 30, 2007. The solicitation will be issued via the internet at Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS). Any changes to the solicitation will be posted to the website. It is the responsibility of th e contractor to check the site periodically for possible changes. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
