- AMENDMENT NO. 2 is issued to RFP SOLICITATION DOCUMENT NO. RMH00070012, BIA IT Security Engineering Services, Herndon, VA., as follows: Correction is made to Section L to include revised Proposal Document Preparation Instructions: (a) REMOVE current Page 73, "Revised 01-18-2007 / RMH00070012 / BIA IT Security Engineering Services / Page 73" from the solicitation document; (b) INSERT page identified as "Revised 02-05-2007 / RMH00070012 / BIA IT Security Engineering Services / Page 73" into the solicitation document. (This Amendment No. 2 to the Soliciation Document requires the offerors, under Section L of the solicitation document, to submit: (a) one hard copy of their Technial Work and Cost Proposal; (b) six "CD No. "1"copies of their Technial Work Proposal: and (c) six "CD No. 2" copies of their Cost Proposal.) A copy of this Amedment No. 2 document will be faxed to all parties on the bidder's list.
