Description

Scientific and Weather Test Instrument Calibration/Repair/Services Request for Quotation RAQ072104, Scientific and Weather Test Instrument Calibration/Repair/Services located in Boise, ID area. Solicitation Number RAQ072104 applies and will be issued as a Request for Quotation for the following services: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) has a requirement for contractor supplied Scientific and Weather Test Instrument Calibration/Repair/Services. As services to be rendered under any resultant contractual action shall be in the Boise, ID area, contractors need to be located in the area, for the on-site requirement, due to the nature of this work and the requirement for pick up and delivery of Test equipment/instrument items. The anticipated response to this solicitation, may result in a multi-year, mutliple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) action(s) with costs not to exceed $100,000.00 per year, per BPA. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The standard NAICS classification is 811219. Size standard is $6.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 6, 2007. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price. 2) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (May 2004) (accessible at http://www.acqnet.gov/far/). 4) List of three most recent customers having similar Equipment & Instrument Calibration/Repairs/Services requirement (provide name, current telephone number, and point of contact). 5) Include TIN and DUNS Number. 6) Offer must be signed. Offerors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
