- Description
- The Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFSC), Department of the Navy, intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR Part 13.5, to provide operational support to the civilian mariners payroll system for MSFSC. The period of performance is intended to be for a base period of one year from 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008, with four 1-year options. Specifically, the contractor shall provide the services of at least two (2) computer operators and one (1) lead computer operator, along with two optional computer operators during surge periods to support the civilian mariners payroll system, allowing MSFSC to meet its bi-weekly payroll deadlines. The Government aniticipates release of a solicitation (TBD whether restricted or unrestricted to small businesses) on or about 26 February 2007.
