- This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy will be made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to Flir Systems for repair of 8 FLIR Infrared Camera's. The sole source is based on proprietary rights. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 5 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement.
