- An amendment for clarification of the referenced solicitation is only available by emailing kelly.kowalczyk@usmc.mil. The amendment includes a change in due date as follows: Proposals are due by 12:00AM February 16, 2006 to Regional Contracting Office Northeast (RCO-NE) Marine Corps Base Quantico, 3250 Catlin Avenue, Quantico, VA, 22134. Federal Express, UPS or hand carried proposals shall be delivered to: Regional Contracting Office Northeast, Attn: Kelly Kowalczyk, Marine Corps Base, 2010 Henderson Road, Room 222, Quantico, VA, 22134. Proposals may also be transmitted electronically to: kelly.kowalczyk@usmc.mil. However, all offerors are solely responsible for ensuring proposals are received by the Regional Contracting Office-NE by the due date. The Government is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or any other reason. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged.
