Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 1,996 BOMA usable square feet (approximately 2,295 rentable square feet) of contiguous office space for occupancy by the Federal Supply Service, Fleet Management Division. The term will be 10 years, 5 years firm, commencing on or about August 11, 2007. Seven reserved parking spaces are required on-site. The delineated area is the City Limits of Helena, Montana. The site must be easily accessible to 18 wheeled tractor-trailers for the delivery, loading and unloading of fleet automobiles. Additionally, a paved, lit, fenced and gated wareyard of approximately 13,500 square feet is required. If applicable, all costs associated with the relocation of furniture, telecommunications, replications, and other move-related items will be added to prospective offers for the purpose of evaluation. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a historic district are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
