- The United States Government intends to acquire expansion space using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration at the Toledo Express Airport; Swanton, Ohio. The US Government requires 661 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 661 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
