- Description
- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a Sole Source contract to The College Board, 45 Columbus Ave., New York NY 10023-6917 in accordance with FAR 6.302, Circumstances permitting other than full and open competition, to acquire Advanced Placement Examinations and associated services to be used for 51 DoDEA high schools. AP Examinations are the only assessment tool currently available that affords students the opportunity to earn college credit or advanced placement in college courses. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any party that believes it is capable of meeting this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform the requirement. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT.
