This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written RFQ will not be issued. The RFQ: F1SEAD6347A100, ITR 13721, is issued as a RFQ for a firm-fixed price contract. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) and DFARS Change Notice (DCN). This acquisition is not a small business set-aside. The standard industrial classification code is 7030. The NAICS code is 511210 and the small business size standard is: $ 23,000,000.00.
