Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W91248-07-Q-0009 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Descriptive literature shall be provided with quote (NO EXCEPTIONS). One award will be made to the offero r who submits the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Period of acceptance of offers must be for a minimum of 120 days from date of closing. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqu isition Circular 2005-06, dated 08 June 05. NAICS is 333111; small business size standard is 500 Employees. This acquisition is 100% setaside for Small Business Concerns. Description: Item requested is 1 EACH, FARM TRACTOR, JOHN DEERE 6420, 90 HP (Bran d or Equal). Additional Specifications follow: 0525R Comfort guard Cab Tractor, 200 Adjustable Front Axle, 1288 RWI Radial Tires (R), 4782 10PR F2, 7000 Syncroplus 12F/4R Trans, 7152 Flanged Front Axle, 7230 Dual SCVS, 7452 Vertical Exhaust, 7651 Super Com fort Seat.
