- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. FAR Subpart 6.3,Other Than Full and Open Competition; FAR 6.302-1,Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements applies to this acquisition. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division intends to award a contract to Talley Defense Systems, Mesa Arizona 85277-34299. This acquisition is for production rounds of the M72A7 Lightweight Assault Weapon (LAW) System with Graze Fuze Function and NVD Mount, HE, 66 mm, DODIC:HA29, NSN: 1340-01-497-7630 and the M72A9 Lightweight Assault Weapon (LAW) system, Fire from Enclosure Anti-Structure Munitions (FFE-ASM), DODIC:HA48, NSN-TBD; along with training accessories and support that will include the launcher, training video and on-site gunner instruction training support, in accordance with NSWC Statement of Work and Data in accordance with DD1423s Contract Data Requirements List. Solicitation will be issued for an anticipated Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will cover a 2 year ordering period/ 3 year period of performance. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract resulting from the solicitation with a required delivery schedule of 365 days after receipt of order. The required terms are F.O.B.: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Contractors submitting proposals to the solicitation must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) in accordance with FAR 4.11. Contractors interested in responding with a valid quote may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
