Description

Expressions of Interest Sought. The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 12,530 usable square feet of contiguous office space. The space requires adequate parking for the public and must be proximate to public transporttion. The lease term requirement is for five(5) years. The space must be available for occupancy by April 24, 2009. The delineated is: North: Duke Street (Route 236); East: Telegraph Road (Route 241); South: Franconia Road (Route 644); West: Henry G Shirley Memorial Highway (I395).
