- This is a modification to a previous notice, Number DROA76 Food Services, posted on May 4, 2006. This is an announcement of the results of the recent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), streamlined competition of the Food Service Functions at the following locations: Los Angeles, CA; Florence, AZ; El Centro, CA; Miami, FL; El Paso, TX and Los Fresnos, TX. ICE has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. As a result of this study, the Contracting Officer announces the performance decision that the functions will be performed by the private sector. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will issue a synopsis and a Request for Proposal (RFP) within the next few months. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-NOV-2006).
