- Description of Equipment: Ability to be networked and have capability for remote monitoring. MUNE (motor unit number estimation) software. UHHS Patient Report and Diagnostic Programs. Single fiber EMG ability to capture multiple peaks simultaneously and ability to align peaks for analysis of jitter between different peaks after data has been collected. Ability to record 15 minutes of free running EMG signals and audio per needle site (limited only to storage capacity in HD) and capability to analyze that data after recording. Ability to identify Motor Units and analyze morphological characteristics of such for investigations of manifestations of different kinds of pathologies.- Very useful in complex cases and decreases patient's discomfort. The ability to define normal values based on different characteristics of patient, eg Height, Age, Sex as well as ability to use side difference normal's.....all simultaneously. Its not either or. Report outputs are in "WORD" and PDF for CPRS acceptance. Familiarity with programs; quantitative EMG with familiar program, make sure they know this is not an standard system, but a complete system with 2 software's allowing multiple possibilities of use for now and the future. Free upgrade of .net program as developed.
