- Notice of Intent to award an interim contract on six month basis with three 2 month extension periods (estimated 12 months) to the incumbent, KCA Corporation, for Full Food and Dining Facility Attendant services at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, beginni ng 1 April 2007. The contract is for providing Full Food and Dining Facility services for the Directorate of Logistics. This is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(c)(iii)(B)as unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agencys requirements and interruptio n in services would cause the Government harm and irreparable damage. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. This is a notice of intent to award a short-term interim contr act to the incumbent contractor, KCA Corporation, until the competitive award is made in accordance with the Randolph Sheppard Act. A competitive Request for Proposal, issued in accordance with the Randolph Sheppard Act, will be published on the Army Singl e Face to Industry (ASFI) website. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
