- Description
- The Directorate of Contracting, Presidio of Monterey, CA is soliciting for Portable Latrine Services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to manage and perform all operations for the pl acement, servicing and maintenance of portable latrines and portable hand-wash basins. Request for Proposals No. W9124N-07-R-0006 applies. The requirement will include a base period (16 Apr 2007 30 September 2007) and four (4) one-year option periods. There will be a two weeks Phase-in period from 16-30 April 2007. Closing date is 28 February 2007. A Site Visit is scheduled on February 15, 2007. This solicitation is 100% Set-aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR Part 19. This will be a Firm -Fixed Price type contract. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the Government (LPTA).
