Description

Amendment One (1) is issued for Solicitation W91WAW-07-R-0001. The solicitation has also been posted at website http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. Amendment One (1) incorporates changed to Sections H, I, L, and M. The U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2005-2104 Rev (03), Performance Risk Assessment Questionnaire, and Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan are attached. The due date for questions and/or requests for clarifications has been changed from 16 February 2007 to 9 February 2007. The proposals due date remains 27 February 2007, 10:00AM (EST). This acquisition is a Full and Open requirement. The NAICS code is 541611. The proposed contract type is a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Labor Hour type contract. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage frequently for any updates/amendments. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the Cent ral Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This will be an electronic solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
