- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W912JF07T0004 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Contractors may obtain a copy of the combined synopsis/solicitation with any attachm ents (i.e. Statement of Work (SOW), pictures) on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp?SolType=Simplified%20. This solicitation document and inco rporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. Proposed contract is 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. All other offerors are deemed ineligible to submit offers. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The associated NAICS code is 333999 with a 500 size standard. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Line Item 0001 (6) Bullet Stationary Armor Deflectors, Free standing 3-sided, snap together plates, configured from an abrasive resistant AR 500 plate ? inches thick; Front Plate dimensions shall be a minimum of 33 inches high x 75 inches wide at the botto m with two tapered sides at 48 inches high with sides turned back no more than 1 ? inches with two ? tabs on each end used to lock with side plates. Front Plate shall include one pivoting pipe used to brace the plate, with the minimum dimensions of 12 inc hes long, grade A 36, and one inch 14 gage square tubing. Side plate dimensions shall be a minimum of 33 inches high x 37 9/16 inches wide at the bottom and tapered 68 degrees. Each Side plate shall have two slots to lock to the tabs on the Front Plate. P lates shall include two metal U handles welded on the inside of each plate (pictures of smaller version available). Line Item 0002 (84) Running Man Deflectors, Free standing plate configured from an abrasive resistant AR 500 plate ? inches thick with 2 bra ckets. Plate dimensions shall be a minimum of 32 inches high x 48 inches wide. Deflector shall be braced by two 21 degree brackets on the end of each plate. Brackets shall be configured with a minimum of 2 ? inch x 2 ? inch x ? inch angle, grade A 36. Brackets shall have the minimum dimensions of 16 inches wide base and 28 inches tall (drawing available). Line Item 0003 (12) Running Man Deflectors, Free standing plate configured from an abrasive resistant AR 500 plate ? inches thick with 2 brackets. P late dimensions shall be a minimum of 32 inches high x 60 inches wide. Deflector shall be braced by two 21 degree brackets on the end of each plate. Brackets shall be configured with a minimum of 2 ? inch x 2 ? inch x ? inch angle, grade A 36. Brackets shall have the minimum dimensions of 16 inches wide base and 28 inches tall (drawing available). Quote shall include all necessary labor, parts, materials, and transportation necessary to delivered FOB Destination Bullet Stationary Armor Deflectors and Running Man Deflectors to Fort Chaffee, CMTC-LOG-PBO BLDG 7047, Gate 19 Fort Chaffee, Arkansas 72905 -5000. The equipment identified herein must be delivered 60 Days after ARO. Quotes are due no later than 22 February 2007 at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
