- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to enter into a contract on a sole source basis with Ayres Associates, 3433 Oakwood Hills Parkway, Eau Claire, WI 54702-1590 for the Ft McCoy, WI Regional Training Facility. Ayres Associates, as the original designer of th is project, has exclusive knowledge of its history and technicalities. Ayres Associates will preserve the AE liability chain and avoid substantial duplication of costs not expected to be recovered through competition. A solicitation is not available and requests for solicitation will be considered non-responsive and not valid for further consideration. Award of this procurement shall be made by 30 March 2007.
