- This is a Sources Sought notice for the Training and Support Services (TSS) acquisition. NAVAIR Orlando Training System Division, Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826-3276 intends to solicit responsible sources for Training and Support Services (TSS) to support efforts at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. This Ft. Huachuca effort is anticipated to be set aside for small businesses type sources and therefore no large businesses should reply to this sources sought notice. The intent of this notice is to identify potential small business type and/or small disadvantaged business sources to support this effort. The Government intends to determine the best acquisition strategy based on responses received from veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns. The Government intends to make one (1) or two (2) award(s) from the competitive solicitation to responsible successful offoror(s) to cover specific elements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Requirement: The contractor shall provide personnel for non-personal services as subject matter experts, instructors, role players, role player linguist/interpreter and training support in support of USAIC training conducted by the 111th Military Intelligence Brigade, United States Army Intelligence Center (USAIC), Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Training shall be presented to Army Soldiers, Navy Sailors, Air Force Airman, Marines and applicable civilian personnel who shall be learning to function in their designated Military Occupational Specialty (MOS), and functional areas. This training shall be performed in a classroom or field environment and may require travel to various locations. Contractors shall also provide training and curriculum development for various MOSs and functional courses. Services will normally be provided at Fort Huachuca but may include other locations in the continental United States (CONUS) if specified in individual task orders. A Top Secret facility clearance is required. It is anticipated that the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 611699 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction will be assigned to this PWS effort. The Small Business size standard is $6.5 million. Place of Performance: Fort Huachuca, AZ & other possible CONUS locations. Type of Contract: Anticipated award is via an Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Time & Material (T &M) contract. Period of Performance: The anticipated contract period is from 1 May 2007 to 30 April 2012 (One (1) year base contract period with Four (4) one-year option ordering periods).
