- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston intends to issue a sole source modification to contract N64236-04-D-6844 with Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc., Lexington Park, VA, for system engineering support services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed ceiling increase will provide sufficient contract ceiling for award of a competitive, follow-on contract (N65236-07-R-0071).
